Trick or Treat: Candy Corn Parfait

Trick or Treating tis' the season for lots and lots of sugar!  So, how can we slay the sugar monster and keep our candy consumption in check?  A great way is by skipping the package candy and making our own whole food treats.  If this sounds scary don't fret, we have an easy recipe that will allow you to keep sweets a limited part of your healthy and nutritious plan.   We've put a creative spin on our favorite Fall treat, candy corn!  Trick your taste buds with this delightful and delicious alternative to your favorite treat!  This sneaky healthy snack is as fun to make as they are to eat!


Candy Corn Parfait


  • Pineapple Chunks
  • Orange Slices
  • Whipping Cream
  • Candy Corn 


  1.  Fill a glass half way with pineapple chunks
  2. Then fill the other half with orange slices
  3. Top with heavy whipping cream
  4. Sprinkle with candy corn

You can also whip up these darling mini candy corn parfaits in mason jars for the little goblins!
